« While generally considered to be one of the most influential thinkers of the 20th century, Martin Heidegger’s impact on the science of history is still a rather unexplored field. Can historians learn something from Heidegger after all? Drawing on his Black Notebooks and introducing an unpublished source from 1926, the talk sketches the philosopher’s confrontation with historical science as well as a noteworthy trace of reception ».
