Le CityLAB travaille à l’intersection de l’administration publique et de la société civile afin de développer\, au sein d’équipes interdisciplinaires\, des solutions numériques au service de l’intérêt général. \nSes activités accordent une place importante aux données gouvernementales ouvertes\, aux infrastructures numériques publiques et aux nouvelles formes de collaboration entre institutions et citoyennes et citoyens. \nRésumé de la conférence\nThe talk explores the role of open government data in the work of CityLAB Berlin\, the city’s public innovation lab. It examines what it means to conceive public data as a commons and asks who should be responsible for its stewardship and for the digital infrastructures through which it is made accessible. \nDrawing on CityLAB projects such as Gieß den Kiez\, which enables residents to coordinate the watering of street trees\, and the Berliner Erfrischungskarte\, which maps cool and shaded spaces in the city\, Lisa Stubert will discuss different ways of transforming administrative data into public value. \nThe presentation will also open a comparative dialogue between Berlin and Montréal\, notably through initiatives such as Tag ta ville\, and consider whether models of civic-public collaboration around data can travel between different urban and political contexts.
